USA CUSTOMS SERVICE UPDATE – April 17, 2025

·       Possible Delivery Delays to the U.S.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of orders over $800 USD placed on marfastance.com and shipping to U.S. addresses. 100% of our products are Made in Italy and shipped from our U.K. warehouse. Recent customs changes are affecting transit times.

·       What’s going on?
Due to ongoing changes and a lack of clear procedures from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, established processes for handling orders over $800 have been disrupted. We're actively working with our couriers to minimise delays and improve the experience for our U.S. customers.

·       Orders under $800 are not affected.

This includes modular accessories to update your piece such as:
– Shearling Collar
– Aviator Collar
– Elements Quilt Zip Hood

·       What happens if I place an order over $800?
No need to worry—our Customer Care Team will be in touch to coordinate the fastest and most seamless delivery option for you.

·       Need your Marfa sooner?
If the item is in stock at our Upper East Side store, we may be able to get it to you quicker — no customs clearance needed. Reach out to us at nyc@marfastance.com or call (917) 324-3950 for assistance.

·       What about tariffs and duties?
We currently cover all tariffs and duties for U.S. shipments from our U.K. warehouse, so there are no additional charges for customers shipping to the U.S.

 

 

DELIVERY

We want you to have the best possible experience when ordering from us, so you can focus on your new items, rather than worrying about delivery and returns.

And so we are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, internationally. We’re also covering all duties and taxes for all customers, globally.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Complimentary delivery on all orders with DHL.
  • Order before 2pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Signatures are required for UK deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.
  • Final Holiday shipping date for UK delivery is Friday 15th December.


US & CANADA

  • Complimentary delivery on all orders with DHL Express.
  • Order before 1pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order within 2-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
  • All orders are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid), meaning all duties and taxes (state taxes where applicable) are covered by Marfa Stance and reflected in the final price at checkout.*
  • Signatures are required for all deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.
  • Final Holiday shipping date for delivery is Wednesday 13th December.

*If your order is considered high value. US customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before authorising delivery to your address. You’ll usually have up to a week to provide this information. If it is not provided it will be returned to us for a refund.


EUROPE (EU/EEA)

  • Complimentary delivery on all orders with DHL Express.
  • All duties and taxes are covered by Marfa Stance and reflected in the final price at checkout.
  • Order before 1pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order within 1-5 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Signatures are required for all deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.
  • Final Holiday shipping date for all European (EU/EEA) countries is Wednesday 13th December.

 

REST OF WORLD

  • Complimentary delivery on all orders with DHL Express.
  • Order before 1pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order within 3-10 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Signatures are required for all deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.
  • Final Holiday shipping date for all international delivery is Wednesday 13th December.
