The use of the website and the purchase of any goods ("Goods" and/or "Products") from the Website is governed by these terms and conditions ("Conditions"). We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice to you.
There is no charge imposed by MARFA STANCE for accessing the Website but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the website.
Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time without notice.

SEVERANCE
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
WAIVER
No waiver by use shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.
SURVIVAL
Each provision of these Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These conditions (as amended and altered from time to time) contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter covered and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings, representations or proposals, written or oral between You and MARFA STANCE in relation to such matters. You confirm that You have read these Conditions and You fully understand them and You also agree that these conditions are the only terms (together with Your network provider agreement) that rule Your relationship with us.
LAW
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
MARFA STANCE will always try to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. However, if we’ve not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer the issue to the independent “Alternative Dispute Resolution” service provided by The Retail Ombudsman.
Provided your complaint is in their remit, they will investigate your complaint free of charge. If you have purchased your goods online, you also have the right to pursue Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) through the ODR Platform.
FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION
Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free delivery promotion.
Any free delivery promotions are subject to MARFA STANCE’S right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.
This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. It is valid only on orders over the agreed value made via MARFA STANCE web-stores.
Free delivery promotions are with our standard shipping services. MARFA STANCE do not guarantee or are responsible for standard delivery times.

COMPLIMENTARY QUILTED COLLAR PROMOTION
The complimentary ‘Quilted Collar’ Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by Marfa Stance ("Promoter") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Promotion is valid from 08/05/2024 to 31/05/31 ("Promotion Period"), inclusive. The Promotion is not valid retrospectively and cannot be applied to purchases made before the Promotion Period.
To qualify for the Promotion, customers must purchase either Signature Quilt Jacket - Pale Sage / Pale Yellow or Cropped Quilt Jacket - Pale Pink / Pale Sage ("Qualifying Products") from the [Your Luxury Fashion Brand] website during the Promotion Period.
Upon adding a Qualifying Product (Signature Quilt Jacket - Pale Sage / Pale Yellow or Cropped Quilt Jacket - Pale Pink / Pale Sage) to their shopping basket, customers must also select their preferred colorway of Quilted Collar and add it to their basket.
At checkout, customers must enter the promotional code " 5THBIRTHDAYFB" to redeem the free Quilted Collar.
Customers may redeem the Promotion up to a maximum of 10 times per transaction, provided they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
If a Qualifying Product is returned for a refund, customers must also return the corresponding Quilted Collar. Failure to do so will result in the cost of Quilted Collar being deducted from the refund amount.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the Promoter, which are final and binding.
All purchases made on the Marfa Stance website are subject to our standard Terms of Sale, which can be found on our website.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request proof of purchase to validate claims.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system failures, or other occurrences that may disrupt or affect the administration, security, or integrity of the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful conduct, or who breaches these terms and conditions.
Personal data provided by participants in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary, and by participating, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with online shopping and agree to release the Promoter from any liability arising out of or in connection with their participation.
